Safety and Loss Control Employee Associations
The AMI association is made up of cooperative employees who deal with the Automated Metering systems at their cooperative. The group meets annually to share experiences as well as to learn about the latest technology and updates to existing systems. The annual conference includes a vendor’s show where new software and equipment is demonstrated.
Safety and Loss Control Association
The Safety & Loss Control Association annual conference is an opportunity for all cooperative safety coordinators to come together to share information and discuss issues that affect our industry. The group also discusses any new or proposed regulations that may be in the making. This conference provides an excellent opportunity for networking with others who face similar issues and challenges in keeping up with regulations, trends and safety related issues.
Superintendent and Engineer Association
The annual Superintendent’s and Engineer’s conference is a chance for each group to come together to network and discuss various topics. The two groups meet separately and have speakers who address topics such as, new technology, new regulations and standards as well as best practices. There is also a product show that both groups participate in with many vendors from software to bucket trucks.
