Vegetation Management Workshop
Description of Event
This will be a conference for vegetation managers and coordinators to come together and exchange ideas and programs with other vegetation cooperative leaders from around the state.
The topics will include:
- Fire mitigation
- How fiber projects affect vegetation programs. Budgeting, hourly or footage, workload, coordinating the work and how it is affecting our cycles.
- Members relations. Permitting/notifying, refusals, easements and trade a tree for removals.
- Panel style Q and A that will discuss budgeting, RFP’s, contractors, cycle work, long term planning and more.
