Lead Lineman’s Conference

This conference is designed for the employees who are “next in line” for a foreman’s job or for those employees who are charged with a foreman’s job when the foreman is out. The topics presented are normally a mirror of the same topics presented at the Foreman’s Conference the month before. This conference is also a great networking opportunity for the attendees as there are lead linemen there from other cooperatives from across the state.
