Foreman’s Conference

This conference is focused toward the “working foreman.” It is designed to give the foreman information and tools to help him or her as they go about their task of running a crew. Typical topics presented are: Communication Skills, Listening Skills, Managing People, Industry Standards Updates, Motivating Employees, Etc.

The conference is also a great networking opportunity for the attendees as there are foreman there from other cooperative from across the state.
