• CO-OP PARTICIPATION FORM – April 2
• OAEC: Release promo materials – March 9 (see below!)
  • Call for volunteers – April 20
    • VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION LINK – pending
• COORDINATORS:
  • Recruit / select student participants (2 students/co-op)
    • SUGGESTION: select at least 2 alternates!
  • INTAKE FORMS – OPENS: April 20 / CLOSES: June 26
    • OAEC will forward your students’ completed form

• OAEC: “Welcome” & Release Forms – June 29
  • Release Form reminder – July 6
  • RELEASE FORM LINK – DUE July 10
  • “This Week” email – July 13
  • Recap – July 17

Entrance: Main entry doors are near the flagpole
Attire: casual School Spirit!
